BOSSALINI offers you several drops throughout the year, available exclusively on our website.
Each drop features exclusive limited-edition products. If a product is sold out, you probably won’t be able to find it again.
Generally, we rarely offer restocks unless it's for our essential product range, so don't hesitate too much when buying your item.
WHY IS THE WEBSITE CLOSED?
Don't worry if the website is closed, you don't need a code to enter.
Sometimes, the website might be inaccessible, as we are between two collections.
The reopening conditions and dates are indicated on the homepage.
You can also subscribe to the newsletter to be informed of all updates.
SIZES
When buying online, it can be difficult to know which size is best for you.
To help you choose the perfect fit, we’ve ensured that a size guide is available under every product on the website.
Our measurements are accurate. We recommend you choose your usual size unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING
CH orders are shipped via Swiss Post and international orders (Europe, Canada, USA and abroad) are shipped via UPS.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
On average, delivery takes 2 to 3 days in Switzerland, 2 to 5 days in Europe, and 2 to 10 days worldwide.
Shipping is free in Switzerland for orders over 177 CHF.
For other geographic areas, shipping costs depend on the volume of the order, the destination, and the chosen delivery method.
CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
All duties are guaranteed at checkout, but we are not responsible for any taxes for our international orders that might be related to your country.
Brexit and UK: Importing items to the UK may be subject to customs inspection, for which we provide the necessary documents.
We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for your order to pass through customs checks.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
If you're one of the lucky ones with a discount code, make the most of it!
You can apply it during CHECKOUT before completing your payment.
HOW TO MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you made an error when placing your order (such as incorrect information), send us an email at customerservice@shopbossalini.com with the changes you want to make, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
You can also reply to the order confirmation email you received.
HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel and refund it.
However, if your order has already been prepared, you will have to receive it and then return it.
To request the cancellation of your order before it's prepared, send an email to customerservice@shopbossalini.com.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
All orders must be placed together. Due to case of high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders.
Please place all orders together at once.
STOCK
The products are ready to ship as soon as they go on sale.
Generally, orders are dispatched within the next 2 business days, except in cases of pre-orders or special circumstances.
PRE-ORDER
The principle of pre-ordering is that your product hasn’t been made yet! We begin production once the sale period ends.
Certain models are available for pre-order, and their sales duration is indicated on the product pages.
There’s no overproduction, only a small extra stock of 5 to 10% to manage size exchanges.
Manufacturing and shipping take about 4 to 8 weeks depending on the product, with timelines specified on the product pages.
You’ll receive regular emails about your order’s progress.
Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds. These sales are exchange or credit only.
WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS PRODUCED?
Most of our apparel is produced in Portugal and Switzerland. Our hats and small accessories such as water bottles, jewelry and exercise equipment are made overseas.

We’ve focused entirely on the quality of our products, overseeing the entire manufacturing process.
All BOSSALINI products undergo a quality control check.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend that you avoid washing products at high temperatures to prevent shrinkage.
If you don’t have a machine (tough luck), wash by hand in lukewarm or cold water. Otherwise, machine wash at a maximum of 30°C.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of error on our part or product defects. Always include your invoice in the return package.
